Business Analyst

You'll be the critical link between our clients and our technical team — translating complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements that drive real Salesforce solutions. You'll lead discovery workshops, write the specs, and own the requirements from sign-off through UAT.

Responsibilities

—Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements
—Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
—Prepare and maintain BRDs, FSDs, user stories, workflows, and use cases
—Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams
—Lead requirement analysis sessions, workshops, and client presentations
—Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
—Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
—Maintain project documentation and identify process improvements

Technical Skills

—Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence
—Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
—Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation
—Ability to create BRDs, FSDs, and workflows
—Data analysis and reporting proficiency

—Excellent verbal and written communication
