What you’ll do Run discovery with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications the dev team can build Write and maintain BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases Partner with developers, QA, and project managers across the delivery lifecycle Facilitate requirement workshops and lead client-facing presentations Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through to client sign-off Keep project documentation current and surface process improvements Skills for the role Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation, BRDs, FSDs, user stories Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery Comfortable with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office Salesforce familiarity a strong plus, or genuine eagerness to learn the ecosystem Data analysis and reporting proficiency How you work Clear verbal and written communication for daily client work Sharp analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to juggle multiple projects and competing priorities Stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration Problem-solving mindset YOUR APPLICATION Tell us about yourself.
