Business Analyst

You'll be the critical link between our clients and our technical team — translating complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements that drive real Salesforce solutions. You'll lead discovery workshops, write the specs, and own the requirements from sign-off through UAT.
Responsibilities
- —Interact with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements
- —Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- —Prepare and maintain BRDs, FSDs, user stories, workflows, and use cases
- —Collaborate with development, QA, and project management teams
- —Lead requirement analysis sessions, workshops, and client presentations
- —Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- —Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- —Maintain project documentation and identify process improvements
Technical Skills
- —Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence
- —Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- —Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation
- —Ability to create BRDs, FSDs, and workflows
- —Data analysis and reporting proficiency
Soft Skills
- —Excellent verbal and written communication
- —Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
