What we collect
The form collects your name, email address, company or organisation, optional industry, selected area of interest and the message you send. For job applications, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and cover note, the role you select and the resume you upload. Website hosting also involves technical request information needed to serve and protect the site.
Why we use it
We use job applications to review your suitability for an opening and contact you about the hiring process. We use enquiry details to respond, understand the work you are considering and manage the resulting business conversation. Please do not submit sensitive customer or borrower records through this form.
Service providers
The website and enquiry form are hosted through Netlify. Information submitted through the form is processed by that provider and may be processed outside your country. Job applications and resume attachments are sent through Resend to our hiring team’s email accounts. Resumes are not published on this website or stored as public download links. These providers may process information outside your country. Sanity is used for managing website content; enquiry and application submissions are not sent to Sanity by this website. If you choose to book a discovery call, the calendar opens on Cal.com, where the information you submit is handled by that service. Calls are hosted on Google Meet.
Readiness scorecard
The readiness scorecard calculates a self-assessment in your browser. It does not ask for contact information or submit a lead. If you choose to discuss the results, your selected answers are transferred to an editable project enquiry draft on this website. They are sent with your enquiry only when you submit that form. The transferred answers may also appear in the request URL handled by our hosting provider. Please do not include customer records or other sensitive information.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to respond, carry out the relevant hiring or business process, and meet applicable legal obligations. Project-specific retention is agreed separately. We take reasonable measures to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Cookies and website measurement
Our hosting providers process technical request information to operate and protect the website.
If you allow optional analytics, we load Google Analytics to understand page visits, accepted project enquiries, application submissions and clicks to the booking service. Google receives technical request information and uses analytics cookies. We send the page address without its query string, the referring website’s origin and the type of action. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, resumes, assessment answers or booking details as analytics event properties.
Analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics. You can reject it and still use our forms and booking links. Change your choice using Cookie preferences in the footer. We remember your choice in this browser for up to 180 days. Withdrawing permission stops future collection and removes the website’s analytics cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google. We do not enable advertising storage or personalization through this integration. Google may process information outside your country. Google’s privacy policy explains its processing.
Following an external booking link takes you to Cal.com, a separate service with its own privacy and cookie practices. A booking-link click is not treated as a confirmed appointment.
