CRM & INTEGRATIONS
Salesforce and CRM integration services.
Connect Salesforce and other CRMs to the systems your team relies on. We map the records, rules and handoffs so people can find the right information without copying it between tools.
Connect the records. Clarify who owns them.
An integration needs more than a connection. We agree which system owns each record, what triggers an update, who can access the data and what should happen when a transfer fails.
Build around the work your team needs to do.
CRM configuration
Align fields, stages and work queues with the operating process.
Integration and migration
Map data, validate records and make failures visible to an owner.
Reporting you can trace
Define statuses and sources so reports reflect what happened in the workflow.
EXAMPLE / CRM TO LENDING SYSTEM
A lending handoff, made explicit.
Illustrative scope: an application begins in a portal, is assigned in the CRM and is reviewed in an existing lending system. The integration follows the responsibilities agreed with your team.
Capture the application
Match the applicant and submission to the right records. Check required fields and flag possible duplicates.
Return the right status
Share agreed progress updates with the CRM or portal. Keep credit decisions in the system and team responsible for them.
Make failed updates visible
Record failed transfers, give exceptions an owner and define when an update can be retried.
YOUR BUSINESS / YOUR TECHNOLOGY
Choose the platform around the process.
Your next step might be an improvement to the CRM you already use, a connection between systems or a purpose-built application. Start with the requirement.
CRM, PORTALS & EXTENSIONS
Salesforce
Build on the Salesforce investment you already have.
Bring customer records, work queues, approvals and portals into a connected operating system.
We have delivered Salesforce extensions across finance, logistics, healthcare operations and foundations. We assess the existing configuration before recommending a rebuild.
- Sales & service workflows
- Experience Cloud portals
- Custom objects & integrations
CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS
HubSpot

Connect marketing, sales and service around shared customer records. This can be useful when the gaps are in follow-up and the handoff between teams.
We assess pipeline needs, integration access and subscription requirements before recommending the scope.
- Lead handoff

- Service context
CRM & WORKFLOW
Zoho

- Workflow rules
BUSINESS APPLICATIONS
Odoo
Look beyond the sales pipeline.
Consider a connected business application suite when CRM needs to work alongside sales, inventory and accounting.
The fit depends on the processes involved, the apps required and how much configuration or custom development is needed.
- CRM & sales
- Inventory
- Accounting connections
FLEXIBLE RELATIONSHIP DATA
Attio
Shape the CRM around your relationships.
Model people, companies and other business records around the relationships your team needs to manage.
We assess the data model, workflows and integration requirements before recommending it for a particular business.

PURPOSE-BUILT CAPABILITY
Custom + AI
Build for the work that makes your business different.
Build the part that standard software cannot handle well. Connect portals, applications and AI tasks to the records and systems that already matter.
Keep AI’s role specific: interpret a document, prepare a draft or retrieve an answer. Define review points before allowing changes to business records.
- Customer & partner portals
- Business applications
- Focused AI workflows
Change systems without losing the thread.
A migration needs more than an export and an import. We agree how the business will validate and take ownership of its records.
Map records and rules
Identify source systems, required history, field ownership and the rules that should carry across.
You review: the data map and exclusions.
Rehearse with representative data
Check duplicates, relationships, missing values and access with a sample migration.
You review: exceptions and reconciliation results.
Plan the move and handover
Agree the cutover window, recovery plan, final checks and who supports the first days of use.
You receive: a migration record and operating notes.
BEFORE WE BUILD
Questions before connecting your systems.
Not necessarily. We assess the existing configuration and the gap between systems before recommending configuration changes, an integration or a migration.
Feasibility depends on API access, licensing, permissions, data formats and the actions the application supports. We check those dependencies before committing to the scope.
Migration moves records into a new system, usually as part of a changeover. Integration keeps selected information moving between systems that remain in use. A project may need both.
The number of systems, record mappings, update frequency, data quality, access controls and exception handling all affect the work. We agree these requirements before estimating.
The systems you use, an example of a manual handoff and the result you want. Use redacted examples for the first conversation; we can agree secure access if a technical assessment is needed.
