Business Development Executive

You'll own the go-to-market engine for Growbiz Solutions — building our client base across the USA and Canada by selling Salesforce consulting and AI automation services. You'll run outbound, lead discovery calls, close deals, and eventually build a team under you.

Responsibilities

  • Secure new clients for Salesforce consulting and AI solutions through B2B sales
  • Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and platforms like Upwork
  • Lead discovery calls, prepare proposals, and close high-value consulting deals
  • Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions for client requirements
  • Build and manage a junior SDR team in future phases
  • Track and report key metrics, pipeline status, and insights to leadership

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools — Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management
  • Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation platforms
  • Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, AI, and automation solutions
  • Ability to create proposals, pitch decks, and sales reports
