You'll own the go-to-market engine for Growbiz Solutions — building our client base across the USA and Canada by selling Salesforce consulting and AI automation services. You'll run outbound, lead discovery calls, close deals, and eventually build a team under you.
Responsibilities
- —Secure new clients for Salesforce consulting and AI solutions through B2B sales
- —Execute outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email, and platforms like Upwork
- —Lead discovery calls, prepare proposals, and close high-value consulting deals
- —Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions for client requirements
- —Build and manage a junior SDR team in future phases
- —Track and report key metrics, pipeline status, and insights to leadership
Technical Skills
- —Proficiency in CRM and sales tools — Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- —Understanding of B2B sales processes and pipeline management
- —Experience with outbound prospecting and lead generation platforms
- —Knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem, AI, and automation solutions
- —Ability to create proposals, pitch decks, and sales reports

- —Excellent verbal and written communication in English
