What you’ll do
- Analyze requirements and establish quality metrics for each project
- Ensure deliverables fulfill end-user requirements and resolve system issues
- Design and document test plans, test cases, and defect reports
- Coordinate with development team to resolve issues across locations
- Deliver high-quality, timely testing for each release
- Estimate scope and effort for QA work on new projects
- Work with business partners on Salesforce implementation quality
Skills for the role
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, understanding of web fundamentals
- JavaScript frameworks: LWC, React, Angular (for UI testing)
- Server-side awareness: Java, PHP, Python, Node.js
- Database experience: MySQL, MongoDB, SOQL
- Experience with manual and/or automation testing tools
- Demonstrated testing work on live projects or portfolio
