What you’ll do Gather system requirements, conduct analysis, and coordinate design of solutions Establish metrics for project success and technical delivery Ensure development meets both business and end-user requirements Provide detailed design documentation including data migration and integration specs Coordinate onshore and offshore development teams Maintain customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality solutions Determine project scope and effort estimates Work with business partners to maximise Salesforce capabilities Create and maintain development and integration plans Skills for the role HTML, CSS, JavaScript, strong fundamentals JavaScript frameworks: LWC (Lightning Web Components), React JS, or Angular JS Server-side languages: Java, PHP, Python, or Node.js Database: MySQL, MongoDB, SOQL Salesforce Apex, Triggers, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations Demonstrated portfolio of live Salesforce projects How you work Team collaboration and mentorship of junior developers Clear communication with clients and stakeholders Strong problem-solving and logical thinking Follow work through from the agreed requirements to release and handover Readiness to work with emerging Salesforce features YOUR APPLICATION Tell us about yourself.
