Sr. Salesforce Developer

You'll design and build Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients across North America — from complex LWC components and Apex logic to integrations and data migrations. You own your deliverables end-to-end and play a key role in shaping how we build.

Responsibilities

—Gather system requirements, conduct analysis, and coordinate design of solutions
—Establish metrics for project success and technical delivery
—Ensure development meets both business and end-user requirements
—Provide detailed design documentation including data migration and integration specs
—Coordinate onshore and offshore development teams
—Maintain customer satisfaction through timely, high-quality solutions
—Determine project scope and effort estimates
—Work with business partners to maximise Salesforce capabilities
—Create and maintain development and integration plans

Technical Skills

—HTML, CSS, JavaScript — strong fundamentals
—JavaScript frameworks: LWC (Lightning Web Components), React JS, or Angular JS
—Server-side languages: Java, PHP, Python, or Node.js
—Database: MySQL, MongoDB, SOQL
—Salesforce Apex, Triggers, Flows, and REST/SOAP integrations
—Demonstrated portfolio of live Salesforce projects

Soft Skills
