Salesforce QA Engineer

You'll be the last line of defence before our Salesforce solutions reach clients across North America. You'll own the testing lifecycle — from requirements analysis through test case design, execution, and defect management — ensuring every release meets the quality bar our clients expect.
Responsibilities
- —Analyze requirements and establish quality metrics for each project
- —Ensure deliverables fulfill end-user requirements and resolve system issues
- —Design and document test plans, test cases, and defect reports
- —Coordinate with development team to resolve issues across locations
- —Deliver high-quality, timely testing for each release
- —Estimate scope and effort for QA work on new projects
- —Work with business partners on Salesforce implementation quality
Technical Skills
- —HTML, CSS, JavaScript — understanding of web fundamentals
- —JavaScript frameworks: LWC, React, Angular (for UI testing)
- —Server-side awareness: Java, PHP, Python, Node.js
- —Database experience: MySQL, MongoDB, SOQL
- —Experience with manual and/or automation testing tools
- —Demonstrated testing work on live projects or portfolio
Soft Skills
- —Detail-oriented — you catch what others miss
- —Strong communication for defect reporting and stakeholder updates
- —Logical and analytical thinking
- —Team player who collaborates across dev and BA teams
- —Willingness to learn Salesforce-specific testing patterns
