What you’ll do
- Run discovery with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications the dev team can build
- Write and maintain BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and use cases
- Partner with developers, QA, and project managers across the delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate requirement workshops and lead client-facing presentations
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team
- Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) through to client sign-off
- Keep project documentation current and surface process improvements
Skills for the role
- Expertise in requirement gathering and documentation, BRDs, FSDs, user stories
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile delivery
- Comfortable with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Office
- Salesforce familiarity a strong plus, or genuine eagerness to learn the ecosystem
- Data analysis and reporting proficiency
